Who are some Music Artists that inspire you?
“Erykah Badu
Tupac
Paramore
Beyonce
Nicki Minaj
Tina Turner”
Have there been any challenges you have faced in the music industry?
“Accepting the inconsistency that can come with being an indie artist while trying to create and maintain some level of consistency.”

What kinds of upcoming projects are you working on?
“More music following the rebrand! New merchandise. Festivals.”
How do you feel Hip Hop has evolved over the past 50 years? What aspects of Hip Hop do you believe have changed and what have remained the same?
“In my perspective, the evolution of Hip Hop is largely accredited to the women in the industry like Lil Kim, Erykah Badu, Missy Elliot, Nicki Minaj, Doja Cat, etc. I feel like these Artists and Artists like them who pushed boundaries opened doors for Hip Hop and Rap to exist in other genres like Rock, House, Jazz, etc. The overall essence of Hip Hop hasn’t changed and that is freedom of expression.”
What impact do you hope your music will have on listeners?
“I create to inspire others. I know what it’s like to feel like an outcast/feel like you don’t fit in anywhere so I want my listeners to feel heard, seen, and encouraged to be the best version of whoever they want to be.”

How do you define success as an independent music artist, and has your definition of success evolved over time?
“Success to me looks like my music career and business endeavors affording me the opportunity to give back to my family, friends and community.”
What advice would you give to aspiring independent Music Artists looking to make their mark in the industry?
“Being unapologetically yourself is what will set you a part in life. Stay true to yourself!”
