Fall is finally here and hopefully some cooler temperatures for those of us who need a break from the unrelenting heat of this past summer. If you’re ready to relax, we’ve got you covered with our latest issue of the Blog, Issue 16: “Catch the Chill” which features for the first time ever a companion radio show narrated and produced by Yours Truly, Acacia Carr.

In this premiere episode of our new show Mythic Rhythmic Presents, we played a few tracks from some of the first Artists featured in the Blog at Mythic Rhythmic including Ambient electronic Artist, DJ, and Producer Twilight Music Sculpture and the Lisbon based enigmatic Artist T3d Bunny. We also highlighted several Artists who are new to the Mythic Rhythmic Blog including The Safety Word, Robodop Snei, Bad Bubble, Candy Apple Blue, Days of July, and Oracle FM. Our theme—”Catch the Chill”—is inspired by Ambient, LoFi, Chillwave, and other kinds of music that are well suited to studying, relaxing or just vibing on a Friday night.

Massive Radio is an innovative new web radio platform bringing you the finest electronic Artists, Producers, Labels, and Hosts from around the world for electronic music lovers everywhere. Our new show Mythic Rhythmic Presents will be premiering on the first Thursday of each month and will be produced as a monthly companion piece to each month’s Blog Issue.

An Interview with The Safety Word

For this Episode I had the chance to interview Australian Synth-Pop duo The Safety Word. Get to know the passions and inspirations behind their music in this special 30 minute interview segment which includes tracks from their latest instrumental album Return to Neon Palms as well as deep insights from John and Simon about life, music, and art.
